brings a fresh and unique approach to the spoken word scene.

Dozier - This phenomenal jazz guitarist returns to 4thFridays.
While many know him from the jazz band Zamar, he is an artist in his
own right. Paul is know for his accuracy, speed and wonderful
melody on the guitar.

McKenzie - He is a
singer/songwriter/guitarist and a Biblical storyteller. He has
release several CDs ranging from scripture put to music, hymns, and
"Heavensongs". He performs regularly in the downriver area both in
drama and music. He is also the leader of the group Providence.
No Show in July
No
worries, we're not scheduling a show this month because of our ongoing
arrangement with the Ford Center. The arrangement is that our
show's location at the Center can be moved to accommodate their
schedule when necessary. If we were to have it, July's show
would have to be in a larger room - not in our
regular initimate Studio A - and with summer attendance it might make that show "look" poorly
attended. So, we're taking a break.

Joe Gautier - Formerly one of the writers of Saturday Night Life,
funnyman Joe Gautier joins us. He'll be in town that weekend
sharing at a few other venues and we were happy that we were able to
nab him for 4F. Joe is a platform artist for Prison Fellowship
and the co-writer of "Videosyncrasies," an award winning musical that
played over 300 performances. He also wrote "The Menace of Venice" for
Disney's Epcot Center. His true enjoyment is performing and
sharing the message through comedy and it definitely shows.

William Reynolds takes the 4thFridays' stage. His catchy songs
with bluesy overtones and creative lyrics will move you. He has
recently released a new self-titled CD that is off the hook.

artist around. She plays shows all over Michigan as well as out
of state. She has been compared to "Michelle Branch [and]
Christian artist Jennifer Knapp, [with] a voice that can sound like
Natalie Merchant" (Noise, Oct. 2003). She'll share songs from her
latest project - Ordinary Girl.

Comedian
Joe Gautier - Formerly one of the writers of Saturday Night Life,
funnyman Joe Gautier joins us. He'll be in town that weekend
sharing at a few other venues and we were happy that we were able to
nab him for 4F. Joe is a platform artist for Prison Fellowship
and the co-writer of "Videosyncrasies," an award winning musical that
played over 300 performances. He also wrote "The Menace of Venice" for
Disney's Epcot Center. His true enjoyment is performing and
sharing the message through comedy and it definitely shows.

Hively. Truly gifted on guitar, Andrew will amaze you with his
creativity and style. He demonstrates skillful the unique
marriage of artistry and technology using what's known as two-handed
tapping. We also feature Andrew's music in some of the CAMP's
