Sarah Dalton 4thFridays welcomes new singer / songwriter (at least to our stage) Sarah Dalton.  She will share songs from her newest release Like a Child.  Rufus will accompany her on guitar.

Chuck Tocco - 4thFridays is pleased to welcome back singer/songwriter and guitarist - Chuck Tocco.  He first appeared at our April show last year when we were in the Dome Room.  He is a great singer, skilled guitarist and creative artist.  He returns May 28 and will share songs from his current release and his upcoming CD.

Dan Mleczko - Dan is a wonderful singer/songwriter and bassist with a smooth laid back jazzy sound.  In additional to recording his own projects, he has lent his musical talents to many other artists.  He will share songs from his latest release - The Last Call.

Danny Cox - This gifted singer/songwriter and musician makes his debut appearance at 4thFridays this month.  Danny is the Music Director at Kensington Community Church.  His spiritual journey and ministry experiences are captured in his latest release - In All Things

Aaron G. - 4thFridays is pleased to feature Aaron G. of the band Omni.  His latest release is entitled Winter's End.  He'll perform an acoustic set for us at this month's show.

Paul Dozier - This phenomenal jazz guitarist returns to 4thFridays.  While many know him from the jazz band Zamar, he is an artist in his own right.  Paul is know for his accuracy, speed and wonderful melody on the guitar.

Rhonda Welsh - Rhonda is an engaging poet that shares stories about life; relationships; and faith.  Her delivery coupled with storytelling make her one of the most gifted poets in our area.  She is one not to miss!

Sonnie Day - We are happy to welcome back this fabulous Award-winning Gospel Artist.  Sonnie Day will join us and share songs from her latest release - Jesus, A Bad Dude.

William Reynolds - This great blues/rock artist will share songs from his release - A Motor City Saint and a few new songs from his upcoming CD entitled Mr. Sunshine. You'll love his clever hooks and creative lyrics.

David Ivey - 4thFridays is pleased to feature once again David Ivey to the stage.  David is a gifted singer and songwriter and has worked with some of  gospel music's premier artists included Fred Hammond.  He'll share songs from his two projects - The Bottom Line and Your Today.

Waldon Reed, Jr. - 4thFridays is happy to welcome back this highly skilled guitarist whose style can be described as a jazz and rock fusion.  What's perhaps most impressive about Waldon is that he has taught some of Metro Detroit's finest guitar players.  He'll take the stage with his band for the last 4thFridays show of the year.  Don't miss it.

Brion Riborn - This is Brion's second time at 4thFridays.   With a vocal style comparable to John Mayer coupled with compelling lyrics and clever licks on acoustic guitar and of course a cool stomp box, Brion Riborn brings a unique flavor the table and to 4thFridays.  We're looking forward to having him share once again on the 23rd..

Beth Stalker - this fantastic award-winning singer/songwriter and former idol contestant returns once again to the 4thFridays' stage accompanied by Jim Rawlings on guitar. 

Mohogany Jones - this is our first time featuring a female rapper/poet.  Mohogany Jones has a reputation for being one of the finest around.  She's new to the 4thFridays stage and has a style you're sure to love.

Sam Dougherty - It's been a few years since this fantastic artist from Colon, Michigan has shared at 4thFridays.  Sam's blend of pop and country is a real crowd pleaser.  He'll take the stage at this month's show.

Jan KristWe are pleased to welcome back one of the country's finest folk artists.  Now living in Indiana, she still makes frequent visits to the D.   Jan is a superb and seasoned singer/songwriter/guitarist.    She describes her songs as "hope in a minor key".

Paul McKenzie
is the Director of Contemporary Arts at First Presbyterian Church in Trenton, Michigan. He is a singer/songwriter/guitarist and a Biblical storyteller.  He has release several CDs ranging from scripture put to music, hymns, and "Heavensongs". He performs regularly in the downriver area both in drama and music. He is also the leader of the group Providence.

Mo Jones - is an extraordinary musician that creates wonderful original inspiring instrumental tunes with the lead instrument being the bass guitar..  He demonstrates that the bass can do much just hold down the bottom.

Danny Brooks - This Gospel Blues Artist joins us all the way from Toronto.  Danny is a fantastic singer/guitarist and harmonica player.  You will love his high energy performance and his testimony.  He will share how God rescued him from the drug scene of the 60s and changed his life into something incredible.  Check out his website.  Click on his name above.

Rachanee - Singer/Songwriter/Guitarist Rachanee has been compared to "Michelle Branch and Christian artist Jennifer Knapp, with a voice that is comparable to Natalie Merchant" (Noise, Oct. 2003). Her music has a distinct guitar-driven folk/rock feel with heartfelt lyrics.  She is also a great storyteller.  She'll share songs from her Albums - 3am and Ordinary Girl.

Kindred Nation - This Contemporary Christian band 's name is taken from Revelation 5:9 - describing every Kindred Nation before the throne of God.  Their diverse blend of musical styles range from original urban and jazz-influenced pop to Latin, African Caribbean, and Middle Eastern world music.  They've shared the stage with Geoff Moore and the Distance, Mark Farner of Grand Funk, Stanley Clarke, Bryan Duncan and more.  They'll share songs from their freshman release - Believe Like a Child.

June 27th

Brion RibornThis artist is new to the 4thFridays stage but by no means is a new performer.   With a vocal style comparable to John Mayer coupled with compelling lyrics and clever licks on acoustic guitar, Brion Riborn brings a different flavor to the table and to 4thFridays.  We're looking forward to having him share on the 27th.

Comedian Joe Gautier - Formerly one of the writers of Saturday Night Life, funnyman Joe Gautier joins us.  He'll be in town that weekend sharing at a few other venues and we were happy that we were able to nab him for 4F.  Joe is a platform artist for Prison Fellowship and the co-writer of "Videosyncrasies," an award winning musical that played over 300 performances. He also wrote "The Menace of Venice" for Disney's Epcot Center.   His true enjoyment is performing and sharing the message through comedy and it definitely shows.  You'll love him!

No Other Name - We are delighted to welcome back this fantastic band.  They are in the process of changing their name but for now we'll refer to them as "formerly No Other Name."  The band heralds from Owosso, Michigan and has a big, progressive rock sound with symphonic twists and beautifully orchestrated ballads.  They are certainly a 4thFridays' favorite and you'll see why when you hear them on the 25th.
 
Angel Rivers - This extraordinary poet returns to the 4thFridays stage at the first show of the year. Her fluid and rhymetic (is that a word?) delivery coupled with engaging words and great music make her an absolute delight to listen to.  Her style is like no other.  You're sure to enjoy the poetry of Angel Rivers.
